Due to increased health risks from COVID-19, we are not taking orders until further notice. Scheduled existing orders will be serviced with precaution provided the authorities will allow us to do so.

To our valued customers,
For the safety and well-being of our staff, customers and community due to COVID-19 outbreak, we have made the following changes to our operation until further notice:
A. Reduce runs to 3 days a week – Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays
B. Continue to clean our equipment as we have always done except
1. Our cleaning crew are now required to wear masks and use disposable gloves in lieu of reusable gloves
2. We changed our disinfectant cleaner to one approved by EPA/CDC to fight against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. EPA registration: 1677-233 (commonly known as ZEP – Antibacterial and Disinfectant Cleaner). Click HERE for the current list of EPA approved products.
C. Driver will commute to work with our truck, avoiding subway. Cleaning crew members have their own cars.
D. Free one-week rental extension if your move got delayed due to the outbreak (e.g., city shutdown, your movers won’t move you etc).
Due to shorter runs and the need to reserve boxes in the event of higher than usual extensions, we recommend you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Our cancellation policy remains the same – full refund if you cancel 24 hrs prior to your delivery window; full refund if you’re not happy with our service 24 hrs after your delivery. Late notice rescheduling fee of $25 for reschedule in less than 24 hrs from delivery or pickup window will be waived if circumstances is outbreak related.
